This weekend, I was facing some issues on the ignition system of a 1973 Model 110. Eventually I was able to find an answer to my question, but thought about how many other people out there need help with electrical systems on these tractors.
It's almost a given that any tractor you take in to repair or restore will have issues with the electrical system. Unfortunately many of these issues arise from well intended previous owners who try to make electoral repairs without any diagnosis of the situation. So out comes the tools & then the tearing out, cutting out of circuits, wires, connectors. This is usually followed by at least a three inch layer of electrical tape over the wounded area to insure it's electrical intregity...Not. So I invite you to post or reply to your electrical concerns right here on this forum. Good sparks will fly if you do

Hi Rocking 416
Thanks for your generous offer to help out fellow John Deere owners with those electrical issues. Jerrys Deere Barn also welcomes any other advice you may have. You can send me an article for the library pages too. Also we need more forum members to sign up & post there favorite John Deere photos into the photo Gallery. I'm trying my best to get more people to sign up & become active members of Jerrys Deere Barn. Again, thanks for such a generous offer & I hope we get visitors here that will ask you for your help! Jerry
